For content-related material, you can streamline content generation and distribution to your customers using Content Management Tool. It gives you the ability to make modifications to the content you wish to upload and post. CMT is a simple-to-use platform that allows you to enhance audience engagement in a relatively easy manner. This feature is available within the Merchant Portal. Navigate to the ‘Content Management Tool’ to get started.
List of Channels in Content Management Tool
Once you click on the ‘Content Management Tool’ icon, you will see the list of the existing channels present in this section. This section lists the channels created by you. You can explore all the existing channels or create new channels. If you wish to make the changes in some specific channel, make sure to click on the desired channel to begin the editing process.
How to make modifications using the Tool
Start with the changes in Meta Title and Description for the video. You can specify the “Start Time” and the “End Time” to define the start and end date of streaming your video. Mention the “Stream”, “Duration”, “Interactivity Counter”, “Interactivity” etc. Once you have set all the modifications, set the Video “Status” as “Active”. Make sure to click on “Save Modifications” before exiting the page. All the specifications and changes will reflect on your mobile app within the MyCommunity.Today App immediately!
